Doreen Davis brings over 15 years experience in recruiting to The HR Group, providing successful executive level searches in a variety of industry sectors. Assignments have included numerous executive, management and more than 500 non-exempt positions. She excels in building client relationships and understanding their culture and fit.

Doreen’s background includes human resource management and training and organizational development that has provided an in-depth working knowledge of HR and compliance issues including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, AA, FLSA, OSHA, and labor relations.

Doreen is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
