Katrina Lilly has served as an HR manager for companies
where she was responsible for all Human Resources and
payroll functions, associate orientation, compliance issues,
benefits administration, performance evaluation, pre-
employment screening, training coordination, policy manual
updates & HRIS management.
As a member of the US Army Reserve, Katrina served as a Company Commander, supervising twelve drill sergeants and up to 200 trainees. As an Executive, Training, and Personnel Officer, she managed a brigade personnel and administrative section responsible for maintaining personnel records, ensuring timely performance reviews, responding to congressional inquiries, processing service terminations, managing the retention program and equal opportunity program.
A graduate of The University of Virginia with a B.A. in Psychology, Katrina was a 4-Year Army ROTC scholarship recipient. She is also an Honor Graduate of the United States Army Soldier Support Institute, Adjutant General's Corps Officer Advanced Course.
