Leslie Samet brings value to customers through her business knowledge, analytical and organizational strengths, and dedication to customer service. Her vision is to guide firms in effective and economical HR compliance and practices.
She has 20 years of HR experience in organizations of various sizes, from a five-person dotcom to a 90,000-employee international organization. Leslie has worked in the public and private sectors of various industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, information technology, and manufacturing. Her experience includes 10 years of recruiting expertise at all position levels for companies such as Nortel, Glaxo (now GlaxoSmithKline) and TRW (now Northrup Grumann).
Leslie holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is a member of the national Society for Human Resources Management as well as both local chapters: Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association and Triangle Society for Human Resource Management. Leslie holds a role on the Board of Directors for RWHRMA and Peace at Work; a North Carolina non-profit dedicated to preventing violence in the workplace, and is a member of the Wake County Business Advisory Council.
Leslie has been involved in HR policy assessment and development resulting from acquisition and as part of best practices update/revision for large organizations.
