Lorie has eighteen years of experience in leadership and organization development, customized training, customer service, team building, executive coaching, curriculum design and outplacement.

Lorie has provided leadership development for all levels, worked as an expert on a company wide project for customer service, and successfully led the organization through the team building implementation process.

Lorie was the Co-Director of Organizational Development and Training focusing on the design of an organization development system, facilitating strategic planning sessions with senior executives, and developed a partnership with the community colleges to build the educational level of hourly employees. Lorie designed a new hire training program which included mentoring to decrease a high turnover rate.

Lorie has certifications as a facilitator for Campbell Interest and Skills Survey, for DiSC Personality Profile and Myers Briggs Type Indicator and holds a B.S. in Communications from Wingate University.
