Patrice has over 10 years experience in recruiting. Her experience also includes management of consultants, benefit consultation and relocation assistance.

Assignments have included everything from developing position specifications to negotiating offers all while continuing to meet recruiting goals.

Patrice has worked as both an employee and as a contract IT recruiter were she supported companies ranging in size from the two largest financial Institutions in Charlotte to several small IT start-ups.

She was the recipient of Apple Computer Awards in 1990 and 1992. She was also recognized as Best of the Best Award, Outstanding Performance Award for stting a new company hiring record and Recruiter Rookie of the year.

Patrice is a graduate of Appalachian State University where she was on the Dean’s List and Vice President of the Student National Educator’s Association.
