Ann Cooper

Ann C. Cooper is an experienced speaker and trainer in cross cultural communication. Drawing on her own experiences from growing up in a Hispanic community in New Mexico to being a general contractor, experienced in employing and managing a diverse workforce, Ann specializes in providing cross cultural training that helps executives, managers and front line employees understand how the difference in cultures affects the way people think, interact, work and make decisions.

Ann’s time in Mexico working with rural populations increased her love and understanding of the Hispanic culture. She provides true-life illustrations and teaches practical skills that help companies tap into the fast growing Hispanic market and serve it effectively. Ann earned her MBA at Wake Forest University.
