Bette Kroh is a dynamic, visionary leader with over twenty-five years of experience who designs and implements programs on service excellence, managing change, building teams, conflict resolution, and intercultural communication.  She provides innovative yet practical approaches to system improvements. Recognized as a mentor, coach, public speaker, educator, business woman and entrepreneur, she excels at motivating people to achieve their full potential and get the most out their careers and lives. She believes and lives the philosophy of finding a career you enjoy and have fun doing it.

Bette served as the Assistant VP of Employee Development for a large health care system where she conducted a transformation involving downsizing, reengineering and merging with another unit.

Bette was a tenured professor at the University of Nebraska and served on the faculty at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
