Bette Kroh is a dynamic leader with over twenty-five years of experience who designs and implements programs on service excellence, managing change, building teams, conflict resolution, and intercultural communication.
Bette served as the Assistant VP of Employee Development for a large health care system where she conducted a transformation involving downsizing, reengineering and merging with another unit.
Bette was a tenured professor at the University of Nebraska and served on the faculty at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
Bette has BS degrees in both Social Science and Home Economics Education. She attained her MS degree in Textiles Marketing and Merchandising and a Ph.D. in Community and Human Resources-Adult Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
