Beverly Freeman, CAAP

Before joining The HR Group, Inc., Beverly Freeman, Certified Affirmative Action Professional (CAAP), enjoyed a 16 year career working for one of the ten largest employers associations in the country.  During her role as Manager, Affirmative Action Services, Beverly managed and participated in the preparation of 250 annual affirmative action plans for 100 clients.  She has successfully assisted dozens of clients across the country with OFCCP compliance reviews.  Her objectives are the same as yours - avoid costly financial remedies resulting from non-compliance.

 

Today, Beverly routinely consults with clients regarding regulatory issues pertaining to all areas covered under affirmative action such as applicant tracking, compensation, veteran and disabled outreach, EEO-1 and VETS-100/VETS-100A reporting.  Beverly is passionate about educating employers on current trends and the risks involved with non-compliance.  Her clients are well-positioned against potential audit threats.

 

Beverly served on the board of the Triangle Industry Liaison Group (TILG) from 2004-2006 and is currently serving another term as a Director (2010-2011).  She regularly participates in national Webinars to keep a pulse on the ever-changing trends and regulations affecting the federal contractor community.
