 Dale
Jordan, PHR, CPM is a human resource consultant with over 20
years experience. His background includes an array of roles
and diversity of experience with well known companies such
as PPG Industries, Mobil Oil Chemicals, Lowe’s Companies,
Odell Associates, and Duke Energy (GridSouth). His extensive
consulting/ outsourcing assignments have provided a wide
range of exposure, perspective, and valuable insight into HR
functions in various business environments and corporate
cultures.
Most recently, he has provided diverse HR consultant
services in manufacturing, architecture/engineering,
accounting/financial services, legal, health care, and
customer service fields.
His professional and community activities include Society
for Human Resources Management, Employment Management
Association, Charlotte Chamber, Charlotte Area Compensation
Council (Past Chair), Charlotte Speech & Hearing (Board)
He’s a graduate of East Carolina University with an AB
degree in Psychology.
