Experience and Expertise:
Dalya provides retained, professional search consulting to the non-profit, health care, and general business sectors. She has nearly ten years experience conducting searches for senior executives for an array of clients nationwide. Successful search accomplishments include health care leaders, non-profit organization executives, human resources and organization development professionals, and national and regional sales, marketing executives and teams.
Prior to her career in executive search, Dalya achieved nearly 20 years of experience in managed care and marketing in competitive health care markets in Minneapolis, Raleigh, and Charlotte.
Dalya serves on the Board of Directors for the McColl School of Business Alumni Association, and is former chair of the career services committee. She also co-founded the Metrolina Recruiters Consortium. Dalya is on the WFAE 90.7FM (NPR) Community Council. She also serves the Public Library of Charlotte Mecklenburg County's Friends of the Library, Myers Park, whose original charge was renovation of this historic library branch. Dalya was formerly on the Board of Directors and chair of the human resources committee for MedAssist of Mecklenburg.
Dalya was recognized in the Charlotte Business Journal's 40 under 40, and received several awards through volunteer work for community-wide causes focusing in health and human services. She has served on numerous panels epresenting experts in retained search and career transition for organizations such as Right Management, Lee Hecht Harrison, Queens University of Charlotte, and the McColl School of Business. She is a native of Greensboro.
Education, Special Training and Certifications:
Dalya is a graduate of the Executive MBA Program at the McColl Graduate School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. She was the first recipient of the McColl Graduate School of Business Entrepreneurial Leadership Circle Scholarship. Dalya is currently pursuing a Masters in Organization Development, which includes the Coaching Certification Program, at the McColl School of Business
