David Moff, SPHR
 David Moff, SPHR, is Chief Executive Officer of The HR Group, Inc. During his 30-year business career, he has been the Senior HR official for three companies that were the market leaders in their industry. These range from a 2200 employee manufacturing facility with union representation to a small 100 employee privately-owned company where he built the HR function from the ground up to a thriving 600 employee company that was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the Triad. David possesses expertise in the areas of executive coaching and team building. His background also includes teaching HR Fundamentals at the college level. David achieved the highest professional designation by the Human Resources Certification Institute, Senior Professional in Human Resources.

In 2002, the North Carolina State Council recognized David as the Outstanding Professional of the Year for the state. He has served in most every position of the Human Resource Management Association of Greensboro including President. Additionally, he serves on the Advisory Board of the M. Lee Smith Publishing Company, a nationwide publisher of the premier Employment Law Letter and other HR publications and training aids. David has served his community in numerous volunteer capacities. Currently, he serves as the HR Committee Chair for The Board of Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Kids Voting of Guilford County, and the Blumenthal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. His past volunteer efforts have included service with the United Way of Greater Greensboro, Leadership Greensboro, and the Mayors Committee on the Status of Women.
