In addition to providing employers with legal and consulting services, since 1998, she has taught employment law courses to undergraduates in the Legal Studies and Business Ethics Departments at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School. She has developed a new 21st Century approach to teaching employment law to future executives - The Law at Work: Employment Law for Managers. She has presented numerous continuing legal education courses on a wide range of employment law topics and courses and presentations on legal workforce management, law practice management and strategies for increasing diversity.

Ms. Weinstein has represented businesses in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC. She has provided expert witness reports in litigation on employer practices, sexual harassment, workplace violence, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

A former Chair of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association, she led the Association's 2007 initiative to create a Law Practice Management Division. Selected as one of Pennsylvania's "Super Lawyers" by her peers from 2004 through 2009 and one of Pennsylvania's Best Women in Business, Ms. Weinstein is founder of the Human Resources Committee of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has chaired the Association's Labor and Employment, Diversity, and Women in the Profession Committees.

Presently she serves as Editor-in-Chief of The Philadelphia Lawyer, the Bar Association's quarterly magazine.
In 2007, Ms. Weinstein co-authored Putting Experience to Work - A Guide to Navigating Legal and Management Issues Relating to a Mature Workforce.

Education, Certifications and Special Training

Ms. Weinstein received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the Temple University School of Law where she was Business Editor of The Temple Law Review. She also holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of South Carolina.
