Diane Florio works with individuals and groups to improve services, teamwork and leadership. She provides tools and resources to develop skills and core competencies for competitive and effective employees. Her experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies in building effective teams to accomplish organizational goals/objectives. She has worked in consumer products, financial, wireless and local government, focusing on meeting/exceeding customer expectations while developing a committed and energized workforce.

Diane received a B.S. in Health Education from the State University New York Cortland, New York and her M.S. in Human Resources Education from Fordham University, NY. She holds a Business Coaching Certification from UNC/Duke. Diane is also certified in CCL Benchmarks, DiSC and the MBTI profile assessments.
