Diversity in the Workplace
The HR Group, Inc. is uniquely qualified to assess and develop Diversity Plans and diversity training programs. We have identified several phases, or options, of our services that will provide value in this initiative. Our experienced project team includes a core group that can maintain the initiative through regular contact and a support team to serve as back-up and provide additional expertise as needed.
Our Diversity Team is comprised of professionals who bring the very best to this Diversity Initiative. The team is deep and broad. They have corporate experience as employees in a wide range of organizations including a 1000+ employee Wall Street law firm, the United States Air Force, Cigna, Miller Brewing Company, The Compass Group, The Center for Creative Leadership, Mars Inc., Novant Health and Carolinas HealthCare System.
