Patsy Wiggins, SPHR, is President and COO of The HR Group. Having led the human resource function in fast-paced environments including manufacturing and service industries, she specializes in employee handbooks, recruiting and HR Law compliance.

Bunny Moff is a graduate of East Carolina University and holds BA degrees in Sociology and Psychology. Currently, she serves as Vice President-Client Relations of The HR Group Inc. and Secretary of the Board of Directors of The HR Group, Inc. She was instrumental in its formation and currently has responsibilities for the Marketing and Public Relations aspects of the business.
