• Developed and revised employee handbooks
• Updated and formalized policies and procedures
• Presented training for Management and Supervisors
• Conducted Leadership, Team Building, Disciplinary and Discharge Programs
• Reviewed and revised Performance Appraisal Systems including providing forms and training.
Experience and Expertise:
Graham has over 30 years experience in all levels of training, human resources and professional development in a consulting company and two major textile manufacturing companies. He has represented the companies in dispute resolution, investigating and resolving harassment complaints, handled charges before the EEOC and OFCCP, designed and prepared policies for use within the organization, all aspects of human resources management, training, safety and health including DOT, workers' compensation (both insured and self insured programs).
Graham has prepared and presented training and development programs including communications initiatives, safety and health training programs, contract administration, performance appraisal, and other large and small programs for all levels of management. Graham served as a consultant for Behavioral Systems helping clients create a culture of positive reinforcement and high performance.
Education, Special Training and Certifications:
Graham holds a Bachelors degree in Russian History and World Geography and a Master of Arts in Education degree in counseling from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
He is an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer and a Certified Hazard Control Manager.
