Graham Dail has over 30 years experience in all levels of training, human resources and professional development as a consultant and in HR for two major textile manufacturing companies. He has represented the company in labor relations matters, facilitated dispute resolution processes, investigated and resolved harassment complaints, handled charges before the EEOC and OFCCP. Dail has also designed and developed policies, managed all aspects of human resource management including training, safety and health, DOT, and workers’ compensation (both insured and self insured programs). |
