Harvey Smith specializes in coaching corporate executives and teams, CEO's, business managers, sales professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals desiring to enhance or change their career. He is experienced at helping clients deal with multiple career issues including: business building, sales and communication skills, effective leadership, networking, goal setting, strategizing, career management and transition. Harvey's work with clients includes DiSC communication and behavioral style assessments in order to maximize their ability to work with others successfully.
Mr. Smith has expertise in franchise development and sales. As a former franchise owner, he has a firsthand understanding of common challenges in the industry. He has also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the largest textile converter in the United States. His combination of business experience and coaching abilities makes him uniquely qualified to help clients facilitate change and gain confidence.
Harvey Smith is a UNC Charlotte Certified Business Coach, Certified Career Management Coach and Past President of the International Coach Federation Charlotte Chapter. He is also a visiting faculty member of the N.C. State University Coaching Program.
