Jim Guin is a seasoned senior human resource professional and executive recruiter with over 35 years of global experience. In his extensive career, Jim provided leadership in executive staffing, succession planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations, corporate communications and safety/health. Jim has tremendous credibility and wisdom as an executive recruiter. Jim knows the importance of human capital within an organization due to his exceptional strengths in organizational development and design, restructuring, change management, executive compensation and policies and procedures.
Education, Special Training and Certifications:
A graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, he completed executive education programs at the Kenan Flagler Business School, the Darden Business School, and the Senior Human Resource Management Program at the University of Michigan. Jim also taught chemistry and biology at the high school level.
