Experience and Expertise
Judi Lloyd has extensive experience as a recruiter working with both retained executive search and contingency recruiting. She has also assisted clients for long term assignments in staffing-up projects, or for one-off positions as needed. Her nation-wide recruiting has allowed her to build relationships with various hiring managers in a number of different industries. She excels in building client relationships and understanding their culture and fit.
While working in the corporate world, Judi managed 15 nationwide recruiters focused on senior and exempt level recruiting for Bank of America business units (largest unit included 30,000 associates) in 21 states. While managing the Technology/Operations recruiting team, this team hired over 1,000 associates during 1999. Judi also managed recruiting for other areas of the Bank at various times including Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Procurement, and Management Services. Additional recruiting included working with college programs and diversity conferences. Judi is excellent at resume reviews, phone and personal interviews, and has been accountable for annual payroll budgets, advertising budgets and incentive plans of > $3 million. She is also an expert at creative compensation packages, and negotiation on behalf of her employer clients.
