Experience and Expertise:
Kathey brings 20-plus years experience in various HR specialty areas, including HR / Legal Compliance, Compensation, Training, and Employment and Retention. Throughout her career she has held both corporate and divisional HR Directorships with employee populations ranging from 1,400 to over 26,000. Kathey’s specific areas of expertise include:
- HR Compliance- Policy development, AAP development and counseling, on-site
- OFCCP audits, organizational self-audits, I-9’s, wage and hour issues, FMLA / ADA, WARN, and investigations
- Employment and Retention – New employee orientation, performance management, recognition programs, recruitment brochures, referral programs, employee relations, and employment branding
- Compensation – Compensation program development, salary surveys, job descriptions, and FLSA analysis
- Training - AAP / EEO, sexual harassment, employment law, diversity, policy and mentoring

Kathey received her Bachelor’s degree from Douglass College of Rutgers University and currently is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
