Kathleen Natalie has over twenty years experience as a professional in Human Resources. She is a hands-on practitioner who has expertise as an internal manager and consultant in the areas of employment and employee relations, benefits, compensation, career and organizational development, and labor relations. Kathleen has been responsible for the Human Resource function in national, multi-site companies and has delivered measurable results to each corporation's bottom line.
While in her human resources position she supported the outplacement needs of employees of each organization. She also established a chapter for a nonprofit support group for unemployed and underemployed professionals in the Greensboro area. This chapter called Professional in Transitions meets every week and provides support in dealing with the re-employment experience in an atmosphere of confidentiality, integrity, and trust. Kathleen has developed training for all facilitators as well as training on networking and managing the career campaign for the members. This chapter started with 5 to 7 members in attendance and today services an average of 50 members at each meeting.
Ms. Natalie is currently focusing her expertise on coaching professionals through career transition and the re-employment process. As a consultant in the outplacement and career development industry, she coaches professionals in developing and taking responsibility for their career path. These support services are tailored to each individuals needs, leading to success in accomplishing their career goals.
