Strategic Management Series This series is designed to provide developmental experiences for those already in a management / leadership role, yet with a desire to be a more effective leader. By focusing on those skills that will strengthen your abil-ity to guide and influence others, we will help you become a stronger leader. Session 1: Leadership Challenge As a prerequisite to this session you, your manager and a number of your co-workers will be asked to complete the Leadership Practices Inven tory (LPI) 4-6 weeks prior to you attending this session.
