Lenora Billings-Harris, is a diversity consultant, facilitator and international speaker who specializes in helping individuals and organizations maximize results by minimizing multicultural mishaps.

With more than twenty five years of experience as a diversity specialist, Lenora has developed a unique way of presenting sensitive topics in a high-energy, fun-filled, yet thought-provoking way. Her interactive style, and immediately applicable "how to's" have inspired clients to invite her back again and again.

She is based in Greensboro, North Carolina and has presented to audiences in Russia, Ukraine, Mexico, Canada, Spain, Germany, South Africa, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific as well as across the USA. She designs and delivers programs and leads strategic diversity initiatives for Fortune 500 companies as well as professional associations and educational institutions.

Lenora is the author of The Diversity Advantage: A Guide to Making Diversity Work (see below). She earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation in 1997 which is held by less than 4% of the 4,000 member National Speakers Association.

She was also the 2006-07 national president for the National Speakers Association. Prior to specializing in diversity and inclusion initiatives, Lenora was the HR Director for a division of a Fortune 500 company.

Additionally, Lenora is on the adjunct Business School faculty of the University of North Carolina - Greensboro where she and her research team have been published in academic journals more than five times for their work evaluating the effect of attitudes and behaviors of leaders as they impact diversity-related results.
