As a Certified Speaking Professional, Lenora has designed, developed and implemented management development curricula for General Motors as well as management development seminars for the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business' Executive Development Center.
Lenora received her MA from The University of Michigan and her BS from Hampton University. She will serve as President of The National Speakers Association in 2006. She now serves as an adjunct professor at the Bryan School of Business and Economics, UNC-Greensboro.
