Experience and Expertise:

Marilyn Honeycutt demonstrates a proven ability to design and execute strategic employee development programs. She has over 20 years of progressive responsibility in human resources, training and development and employee relations with a Fortune 500 international manufacturer. She has also performed diversity training and other strategic training programs to develop talent for an international organization with over 20,000 employees.

Marilyn functions as a collaborative business partner with a history of maximizing "people possibilities" and possesses the delivery skills of internal partners. She is passionate about impacting individual, team, and organizational performance.

Marilyn's areas of focus include: performance management, diversity, DISC, Train the Trainer, manager/supervisory training, 360° assessments, communication, employee relations, talent management and succession planning. She is certified as a training instructor in Zenger-Miller and Achieve Global and is also certified in MBTI.

Marilyn currently serves as Ambassador for the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce.

Education, Special Training and Certifications:

Marilyn received her BA in elementary education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Colleges and Employers, the American Society of Training and Development and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
