Organizations outsource HR projects to Mary Jane such as developing employee handbooks, designing performance management systems, writing position descriptions, providing customized "ghost writing" and collaborating to maximize problem-solving.
She provides outplacement services for individual displacements and facility closures to assist in the employment transition process: career counseling, resume writing, effective networking and interviewing.
An adjunct community college instructor and corporate trainer, Mary Jane has developed and facilitated courses in HR Management, Job Search Skills, Team Building, Business Ethics, Effective Communications, to name a few.
Mary Jane has held volunteer leadership positions in organizations such as the United Way, American Cancer Society, Chamber of Commerce, United Methodist Church, and Performing and Learning Arts for Youth. Likewise, she has served on charter Boards of Director for a local HR professionals consortium and a Arts Council.
