Mary's strengths include compensation, performance management, relocation and immigration. She has designed and implemented field sales incentive programs and a unique job evaluation and salary administration process. Her experience in information technology includes programming, systems design and analysis, user technical support, user training and IT recruiting.

Mary earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 2002.  She is a graduate of the University of Delaware, with a BS in Agriculture.
