Michele Langley is the Raleigh Regional Manager for The HR Group bringing value to our clients through her business knowledge and dedication to customer service. She has over 11 years of business administration and management experience in the retail, non-profit, manufacturing and marketing industries.

As an HR Consultant, she has worked with small to medium sized companies providing hands-on assistance with developing and implementing HR business processes and procedures. Her area of expertise includes HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks, new hire procedures, selection plans, job descriptions, and employee record-keeping.

Michele also has a strong recruiting background including recruiting executives and managers for the IT, financial, and services industry. She focuses on finding GREAT candidates who not only have the knowledge and skills to successfully perform the essential job functions, but who demonstrate exceptional behaviors and the drive to excel in their career.

Michele graduate Summa Cum Laude from NCSU. She has been actively involved in promoting the HR professionals by working closely with local colleges and universities to provide networking and educational opportunities for students. In addition, she is an active member of SHRM and past board member of RWHRMA.
