Perry Jennings has 25 years experience in the design and delivery of HR policy and programs within the retail industry with expertise in Compensation, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Selection, Business Coaching, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Managing Board Relationships, Strategic Planning, and Product Merchandising/Store Operations Staff Support.

During Perry’s tenure as a key member of Lowe’s senior management team, Lowe’s grew from 12,000 employees with sales of less than $1 billion to a company with over 150,000 employees and $36.5 billion.

Perry’s professional passion is coaching people going through career and/or life transitions and improving individual effectiveness. He is currently enrolled in the Duke University Business Coaching Certification program. Perry received his MBA from Virginia Tech.
