Rich
is a forty year veteran of the human resource profession.
Rich has broad experience, ranging from serving as the top
Human Resources executive in an international corporation to
coaching leaders in various industries.
Having walked in the shoes of the
leaders he coaches, he brings tremendous credibility and
wisdom. Rich has implemented performance management and reward
systems, selection and succession planning processes, employee
surveys, 360 and other feedback instruments as well as
leadership and management development programs. He also
provided assessments to senior management on top-level
organization changes and placement of key managers.
Some of his recent engagements have been designing and
delivering creating effective workplace and change management
initiatives to address retention, customer service, quality
and productivity. In addition, he is assisting rapidly growing
companies by developing and implementing HR strategies to
achieve their business opportunities.

Rich has a Bachelors of Science in
Economics from Rutgers University. He has served on the Boards
of UNC-Greensboro, School of Human Environmental Sciences,
Guilford County Partnership for Children and the North
Carolina Manufacture’s Association. He has presented “HR
Strategies That Impact the Bottom-Line” before Human Resources
organizations as well as at the NC Bankers Association.
