Ronnie was the Vice President of Human Resources for a multi-state retailer and provided HR functions for professional service firms and educational institutions. Ronnie now consults in executive coaching for the Center for Creative Leadership, the number one Leadership Training institute in the country. She consults with individuals planning for transitions such as retirement, divorce and career change. Ronnie earned her BA and MBA from Rutgers University.
