Dear Colleague:

The Triad Compensation Association (TCA) is pleased to again provide the Triad Salary Survey for 2007. We would like to invite your company to participate. Fifty benchmark positions are being surveyed to accommodate the needs of a range of Triad businesses, hospitals, public and nonprofit organizations. The survey input is through electronic submission with a deadline of June 15, 2007. The final results will be completed and distributed August 15, 2007 in time for 2008 annual salary budget planning.

This year’s results will be mailed electronically to each participant. Participant’s purchase rate is the reasonable amount of $150 for their copy of the survey. Non-participant’s purchase rate is $250.

TCA has contracted with The HR Group, Inc. to administer the survey. This assures professional processing and reliability of the data and will protect the confidentiality of individual company information.

Your participation will allow us to continue to meet the salary planning needs of local Triad businesses. Please download the simple Excel spreadsheet and applicable submission documents from the link below.
