While we can implement a local search, our capabilities extend throughout our U.S. network to utilize all available sources, contacts and industry expertise.

5. Interviewing the Candidate
Resumes never fully reveal what we need to know most about the candidates. Our trained recruiters are skilled in identifying unqualified candidates. By conducting an initial phone interview, they can determine which candidates are qualified and within the appropriate salary range.
An in-depth behavioral interview is conducted with the most qualified candidates.
A Profile Assessment is administered to qualified candidates using a benchmark that has been developed specifically for the position.
References are checked and summaries prepared for our client.
6. Client/candidate interview
After reviewing our materials, we assist you in arranging meetings with the final cnadidates. Interview coaching and interview questions can be conducted wtih inexperienced managers to ensure interviews are both legal and constructive.
7. Follow-Up
Assist with offer letters as well as communication and letters to candidates who were not hired.
