Recent Assignments:

Over the last 25 years, Bill has developed and delivered numerous training programs for small and large groups.  Classes tend to be instructional but also very spirited and passionate. Bill has also led a team in creating a corporate university.  This university has provided training to over 1500 persons.  They solved the problem of geographically dispersed students by creating a degree program that offered a package of 9 degrees at the Associate and Bachelor levels.  Since many of the requirements were related to “self-study”, this allowed remote team members to have access to the same training as everyone else.

Experience and Expertise:

He has served as Director of Career Development for 8 years with Amarr Garage Doors; Finance management, project management, and training management for 7 years with Oakwood Homes; Finance management and marketing with Green Tree Acceptance for 3 years; and Finance management and Training management with Conner Homes for 11 years.

Education, Special Training and Certifications:

Bill attended Campbell University and received a BBA Degree in 1977.  Numerous development courses including Dale Carnegie Public Speaking and Human Relations course, Philip Crosby’s Quality College, UNC-G Program for Management Development and various leadership and training courses.
